full of grace and truth in your daily life?

transparency and vulnerability?
• What keeps people hiding in the dark—fear, shame, pride, or

are the small provisions we often make for temptation? (Examples:
patterns, habits, excuses.)
• What does it look like in real life to “put on Christ”?
• “God has created light to heal, not humiliate.” Do you agree? Why or

• When has God’s light brought life and clarity to you in a way that
ultimately healed rather than shamed?

PERSONAL REFLECTION AND APPLICATION
• LIGHT FIRST: Before checking your phone, reading news, or
gathering information, spend at least 10 minutes with Jesus and ask:
“Lord, what truth do You want to show me today?”
• PUT ON CHRIST: Identify an area of your life that is weak (or even
sinful) and put on Christ. An example might be a late-night habit, an
unhealthy app, an environment that triggers sin, a justification you
often use, etc. Name it. Remove it. Replace it with one specific way of
“putting on Christ.”
• TELL ONE TRUSTED FRIEND: Walking in the light requires
transparency and honesty. Talk to someone about how your
embracing the Light (the power and presence of God) and putting on
Christ.
