Things we need to trade in:
- Trade in the dream in order to live out the Great Commission.
Success for a Christian is not about getting , it’s about how many you
2. Trade in the argument for
3. Trade in with the team for on the field.

QUESTIONS FOR FURTHER STUDY
• When was the last time you upgraded your phone, car or something else? Why did you feel the need to upgrade? Were things easier for you afterwards? How so.
• Based on the results you’ve seen over the last five years do you think your approach to reaching the lost could use an upgrade? Or do you feel it has been effective? Explain.
• God’s truth never changes (1 Peter 1:25) but throughout history His methods in delivering truth varied (Hebrews 1:1). Why do you think Paul was wise to change his approach based on who he was speaking with? What was his motive from the text? (1Cor 9:19-22)
• Tell a story about a time someone you cared about came to know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. What kind of emotions did you experience? Why do you think you felt that way?
• Since Jesus is the only one who can save, why do our efforts to reach unbelievers matter? Explore the following verses and list the ways God has chosen to include believers in bringing others to him. (Rom 10:14-17, 1 Cor 3:7-9; 9:22, James 5:19-20)
NEXT STEP CHALLENGE
•Of the five B.L.E.S.S. practices (beginning with prayer, listening, eating, serving, sharing the story of the gospel) which comes most naturally? Which do you need to improve?
•To make prayer rhythms for your lost friends more consistent, write their name on a sticky note and place it on your bathroom mirror, steering wheel, etc. Download the Inner Room app and begin praying for them daily at lunch or on your way to and from work. Commit to praying for them 2-3 minutes a day for at least a month.
•Who did God lay on your heart to B.L.E.S.S. during the sermon this week? Pick a meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) and invite an unbeliever (friend, neighbor, co-worker) out one day this week and pay for it Ask them questions and get to know them. Share what happens with your group next week. Consider starting your group each week with the question “Who did you B.L.E.S.S. this week?”
