QUESTIONS FOR FURTHER STUDY
Read 1 Peter 3:13-17 and discuss:
• If you could have dinner with any biblical character who faced
persecution, who would it be and why? What would you ask them?
• What are some misconceptions people might have about why
Christians suffer or face difficulties? Why does Peter view suffering as
an opportunity?
• Share a time God redeemed a season of suffering by allowing you to
be a witness.

Read 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 and discuss:
• What does it mean to you personally to be a ‘new creation’ in Christ,
as stated in 2 Corinthians 5:17? How has this changed your life?
• How does understanding our role as ambassadors help clarify our
identity as Christians?
• How might viewing yourself as an ambassador for Christ change
how you approach your interactions with others?
• How prepared are you to explain your hope in Christ? What step can
you take this week to become more prepared to answer questions
about your hope and faith in Christ?
• What was the biggest takeaway from the message?

THE “SHARE YOUR STORY” CHALLENGE
Write out your story. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you. This is your testimony.
• Focus on 3 areas: Who I was before I met Jesus, how I met Jesus,
and the difference Jesus has made since I met Him.
• Keep it brief (3 minutes)
• Use language they will understand
• Use Scripture in your story.
• Practice sharing with your friends until you are comfortable.
