QUESTIONS FOR FURTHER STUDY
Read Revelation 13:16-18 and discuss:
• Why are so many people obsessed with the mark of the beast? Why don’t people talk as much about the mark of Christ?
• Without getting into the weeds on what a physical mark of the beast could be, what are some things that mark people who have bought into Satan’s deception? What marks true followers of Christ?
Read Revelation 14:1-15:4 and discuss:
• What is so significant about Mount Zion? What does this imply for God’s people? How does this bring confidence?
• Why is Babylon’s fall a good thing? What does it mean?
• Discuss the future implications for those marked by Christ and those marked by the beast.
• How are the two harvests at the end of Revelation 14 different from one another? How seriously do we take the content of these verses in our daily lives and our consideration of the spiritual state of those around us?
• Compare Revelation 15:1-4 to Exodus 15. How is this song similar
to the song of the Israelites after the exodus? Why is there a song of praise at this point in the story?
• Discuss endurance in our context today. How should we endure? What does it look like? What promises can we hold on to as we do so?
PERSONAL REFLECTION
• If someone had unfiltered access to your life, what would they say marks you?
• In what area is God calling you to holiness?
