Read Hebrews 13:

• What does the way we live say about what we believe? Do you ever find yourself distinguishing between the sacred and the secular? Living differently within different contexts? Why or why not?
• How would you define “brotherly love”? Give examples of what Christian love looks like. What happens when a church or community is based on anything other than a love for Christ?

• Why is an honorable marriage and a biblical sexual ethic so offensive to the world? How can it be a powerful witness?
• What do you need to be content and secure? Is Christ your confidence?

• Who is an influencer in your life worthy of imitation? How has their example helped shape you?
• Why is it important to keep Jesus the main thing? What are some areas in which we can get distracted or pulled away from keeping Jesus at the center? How does Satan use good things to distract?

• When are you most tempted to compromise your walk with Christ? What helps you remain faithful even in tough times?
• Brainstorm ways to incorporate worship into everyday life.
• How has Christian generosity impacted your life? What are some ways we could make this part of our life?

• Do you struggle with the idea of submitting to godly leaders? If so, why? What are some practical ways we can pray for our pastors and leaders?
• Hebrews is about the fact that Jesus is greater. What has stood out to you most in this series?

PERSONAL REFLECTION & APPLICATION

• Which exhortations in Hebrews 13 do I find the most challenging to obey?
• Meditate on what you have in Christ. Write out how Christ is the source of contentment.

• How is God calling me to live out my faith in this season?
